Your test drive, minute by minute
Thirty minutes is all it takes. Here’s exactly how it’s going to go, with no nasty surprises and no sales jargon.
It’s waiting for you, fully loaded
At the showroom in Nice or at the agreed meeting point, your sales adviser will welcome you and show you the Moke. A quick tour of the car, adjusting the seat, a couple of pointers. That’s it.
The first few metres, the first moment of silence
No gears to change, no engine noise. It just moves forward, and that’s all you can hear. The first few bends are enough to realise why you don’t drive a Moke like you would any other car: you simply savour it.
The seaside, and the views
With the wind in your hair, you drive along the coast. At the first set of traffic lights, someone smiles. At the second, someone asks you what make your car is. Nobody glances at the other cars: everyone’s looking at yours.
You’re negotiating for five more minutes
It happens almost every time, and your adviser is used to it. Go on, ask them: it’s often during those five minutes that the question of colour comes up of its own accord.

Where can I test drive the Moke?

Just a stone’s throw from the harbour. Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm. On Sundays, test drives are available by appointment. The Moke is loaded up, polished to a shine and ready to set off along the Promenade.
